where do you guys get you pody color spray paint? do you need to do clear over the spray black?...i wanna get rid of these light grey headligh trim and grille on my 2010

even better is there anyone with black parts that wants to trade?

dude this looks good. How exactly is the best way to go about doing this. because I really want to get rid of my chrome on the grill and paint it black but i have had some friends in the past do it to some of their chrome plastic parts and the paint peels right off. That would be cool if I could get some suggestions.

thanks. i've only had it for a week but it seems to be holding up fine. no peeling yet.

i used a a spray gun hooked up to my air compressor and automotive primer and paint. i think that will be stronger than spray paint but jkeaton uses spray paint for his grilles and it looks great. i dont think he has had any peeling either.

Here's where I get mine from. Excellent paint. I have had no issues with it. Make sure you get the clear coat. This stuff is real autmotiver paint and it needs the clear coat to shine.

I have painted my splash guards, hood scoop, headlights and drill surround and the paint has held up marvelously.

is it still holding up after 6 months??? Im looking to do the same mod to my grille
