Well replaced the tps and have cleaned the throttle body and still have the surging. Guess I'll look at the idle control next? Is this something I can replace myself easily?

Yeah, the IACV would be next. Its very easy to replace, and Ive done it without even removing the throttle body. The BWD one (available from Advance) is the same as the Mopar one. If you use the code ES123 on Advances website, you should get it for $46.99.

You could also try the MAP sensor if that doesnt work. Its fairly cheap and easy to replace. Its one screw at the front of the intake manifold.

Still problems...replaced the IACV and seemed good but is now still doing the same thing. Tonight I was going up a hill, pressed on the gas and had nothing. Didn't downshift and had no power. Any other thoughts? I thought a MAP sensor would throw a code??

Well, it stalled out tonight while in park, rpm's went back and forth between 1200 and down to 4-500 and then stalled. Any ideas besides a MAP?

Do you have the stock throttle body? Or did you buy a fastsman throttle body?

Stock throttle body. The dealer cleaned it a couple of weeks ago and thought that would solve the problem as they said they couldn't find anything without the engine light on. Only 50,000 miles on the truck

Have you checked your battery cables? or even unhooked the battery overnight to reset the computer?
