Default strut replacement help

whats up guys. trying to put in my rancho struts. and the bolt is just free spinning in the bushing. has anybody elce had this issue/problem, if so what did you do to get the bolt out? im a mechanic and have tried hammering it out. using my impact and pry-bar. and everything elce that i could think of. just seeing if any of you other guys have had this issue?

Sounds like you have the wonderful stuck bolt in the rubber bushing.

Lots of PB blaster or this new stuff called "Jerk Off" <-- not kidding, a pin air hammer on one side, an impact on the other. It will eventually come out.

The shop had a hell of a time with mine and it cost me an extra 4 hours in labor. They just pounded on it with a hammer. By the time it came out, the whole bolt was mushroomed over so they had to cut the tip off. Get a case of beer, a few buddies, and release some stress!

Not trying to hi-jack but I need new struts, ranchos or sensa tracs? I don't have air tools-do it my self? I heard daystars make it real difficult? Good luck with your install whitedak, let us know how it turns out

like i always say!! you can fight me and **** me off all you want but in the end i will always win!! i finally got tired of hitting it with a hammer. and pulled out my air hammer!! lets just say yeah its out!! lol
