Hey guys,
I am selling my 2005 ram to get a cummins and I want to take my 17" KMC XD ADDICT wheels off and put them on my Dads 2008 Crew cab 4WD Dakota. They will fit right? Same bolt pattern. They are 4.5 inch back spaced I think.

What are the largest tires I can mount on those 17" wheels that will not rub and that wont need any fender trimming? It is leveled with a 2 inch level. It is perfectly level.

if they are the tires in your sig, they wont fit. I will see if I can dig up the thread with the exact 17 inch size.

 

265/65/17 will definitely fit with no trimming or rubbing whatsoever. That is a stock sized tire for the Dakota.
265/70/17 will fit, but possible trimming could be necessary.

That is if the XD Addict offset is similar to stock, 25.4mm. (About 5.5" backspace.)
