Pulling the cladding off would be ok if you plan on spray painting or powdercoating. Just a bit of prep work after popping the covers off though it looks like.

- Look great, even look clean when they're dirty
- Very durable, more so than 'chrome plating' which peel and flake off
- Easy to maintain, 'real chrome' wheel maintenance is a chore
- Will never rust like 'real chrome' wheels
