I have found the best wheel cleaner to be elbow grease. followed by a mothers powerball.

I have to agree with Eric here, I've tried a bunch of them and none are just spray on then hose off as they claim. Of course now I have nowhere I can wash it myself at my apartment complex and my area seems to have something against the wash bays so I let the detail place down the street hand wash it for $10 when it needs it. Not taking my truck through one of the tunnels with brushes, they need to get rid of those.
