He just needs to keep tuning. Other people have run SCT tuned boosted 4.7s, no reason you can't.

Or buy the SCT PRP software and tune it yourself

just checked, fuel pressure at an idle was 56psi. Thats high right? ha. And I found a small vacuum leak by the egr valve.

Lol. Yep, that is a little high. My base pressure on the race car is 43psi. I don't see 56psi until I'm already at 13psi of boost. Get your vacuum leak fixed, and get an adjustable regulator. Unfortunately, you run into the "returnless" fuel system issue. If there is a way to get a return style set of fuel rails, you could easily get an adjustable regulator and run a return line to the tank.
