I was going to get some myself but was advised against it as the gains are minimal compared to the cost....

I was thinking about it since I need to replace manifold bolts anyways. I've also heard they don't do to much on a mostly stock motor.

Yeah, Your talking about 300-400 for the headers, another couple hundred to install...a lot of money...but if you have to replace bolts and your doing it yourself....might be worth it as a start to a true dual exhaust system if that is in your future (high flow cats, performance muffler(s) and true duals...that might add something performance wise...

The factory y-pipe is the biggest restriction in the factory exaust. True 2.5" dual are the way to go.
