Rich condition kill your O2 sensors? Fuel washing down your cylinders?

I've seen intakes split at the seams they are only glued composite. Also a on it's way out or dirty map sensor can cause rich mixture. Oh and the PCM will go rich as default with a vacuum leak so I'd look for that first. Try spraying aerosol brake clean around the intake... Hope this helps a bit

Check the vacuum lines going into the throttle body. I had to replace all of them on my '01 and the ones on my '07 are already getting brittle. What usually happens is that the line will develop a crack or small slit where it goes over the nipple on the TB, and once it spreads far enough you get the vacuum leak. It's difficult to hear over the sound of the engine driven fan, when the truck is running. Other lines I've seen cause problems on these trucks are the ones going into the charcoal canister but those usually set a different code (evap leak).
