Default Loud noise

I'm getting the weirdest noise when at a roll from the rear of the truck, goes away when you press the brakes. Sounds like a squeaky baseball card in a bicycle rim. Not sure whats back there to make such a noise. Doesn't do it all the time either. Hope to god its not the rear.

wheel bearings.. willing to bet its just the wheel bearings. if its not that then it could be brake shoes. jack it up and pull the drum off and inspect it.

I am guessing your wheel cylinder in your drums isn't functioning as intended. causing the shoes to hang up a little.

just a guess though. wheel bearing would seem like it would hum more than click.
