Question Need some help with my 08

I will start out buy saying that my truck is an 08 dodge dakota larmie, v8 4x4 with 52,000 miles

I changed my front pads and rotors about a month ago, and after the install my truck begain to jerk under normal braking. Its like the brakes are applying then letting go then reaplying again etc... So i though it was the the new pads and rotors or the the old rear drums and shoes. So i got a new set of rotor/pads (slotted cross drilled )and drums and shoes shoes. All brake parts r from brake motive.

After i replaced them again it is still doing the same thing, Now my truck shakes while driving on the street at highway speeds, but the steering wheel dosnt shake. Also while brakeing the truck shakes and jerks, but the peddel dosnt pulsate nor dose the steering wheel shake.

What may cause this issue, i have taking it to many places and got diffrent answers. One shop says it the rear brakes, one says its the front brakes, the other says it might be the strus/shocks and tires.

let me mention that also everyhing up front is new, ball joints, tie rods, etc......

just looking for some advice on what to check now.

I would check a number of things:

1. Were the caliper slides cleaned and greased when the fronts were done?
2. Is the emergency brake hanging up? - Cables have a tendency to stick sometimes
3. Front brake hoses

I have a vibration in my '07 but I know that the rear drums are out of round and need to be replaced.

have you checked any of the things jmagsho suggested? Have you had the wheels rebalanced? Alignment checked?
