Default e-fan setups and everything else

Yes, so I looked at the FAQ, and it only showed one set up.

So, on a 2006 with a 4.7, how does it look? Someone said that there might actually be a secondary e-fan already hidden in the shroud! Yeah, I laughed..

Anyway, bigger question. True life results. HP increase? Fuel economy increase? Was having this done worth it?

I figured if I searched, I would end up with all kinds of fan results and have to pick through hundreds, if not thousands to find answers.

So help me out. If I can save a ton of bucks by spending a little bit, and get some added oomph to my little pick up, that would be great!

I'll let you know once mine is done (this weekend). I have the HHR Fan and the SPAL PWM-V3.

I remember when I had the Taurus fan it made a difference I could feel, but I had to go back to my stock fan until now.

Definitely a seat of the pants feel as far as low end. truck feels a bit more peppy off the line. I have seen an almost 1 mpg increase in mileage. Nothing really major though for me...it's not like I went " whoa!" or anything.

The power increase isn't huge. but you are freeing up some ponies. mainly on the bottom.

It's a worth while mod.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
