Default CAI and TBS?

I have a 2007 dodge Dakota 4.7L v8
I've got a K&N 77 series cold air intake installed and recently put a Airaid Throttle Body spacer in. My question is do they cancel eachother out or cause a power loss? I also use Superchips Programmer

If we had a carburetor the TB Spacer would be the ticket, but its useless for FI motors. It is useful for tapping a dry shot of nitrous like Eimer mentioned.

Btw glad to see another 77 Series fan!
