transmission help

Default transmission help
when i come to a stop my truck roughly shifts down, now sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesn't... any help would be appreciated.

are you throwing any CEL codes, whats the status of your trans fluid?

no cel codes, fluid is all good.

does it happen when its cold? i know my trans acts funny when it gets to around freezing

when it gets hot outside, it kicks pretty bad but not all the time thats the weird part.
