Factory Fog Lights on an ST?

Factory Fog Lights on an ST?
I have a 2005 ST that did not come with fog lamps, I purchased The OEM fog lamps and switch, the wiring for the bulbs was already there, pluged right into bulbs. I got a fuse in the fog lamps option in the fuse box. My question and I have searched on here and really can't find the answer, Do i need to take my truck to the dealership and have them activated? because the are not working.

Like Donkeypunch said Dodge will need to StarScan it and change them to Enabled in the ECU. I had to get them to do it to my 05 ST when I added my fogs.
I got a OEM Switch used, and Ebay aftermarket oem style Fogs
All my Relays and Fuses where already in to.
