Default Codes P0700 & P0750

So I just made a quick trip from the place we are moving from to the place where we live now. As I was getting to the complex, I had my wife move her car out of the driveway. I went to give gas to the truck and it felt, like I was dragging something. I unloaded the bed and then went to move into the other spot. The truck really felt like it was slipping. Then the MIL came on. I ran it with my code reader and got:

P0700 Transmission control System (MIL Request)
P0750 Powertrain Shift Solenoid A

Just had the transmission serviced at the dealer less than 2,000 miles ago, only have 45,000 on the truck. I didn't change the filters, but had them exchange the fluid. I don't know if that was the cause, but none the less it failed. Thank GOD for Mitsubishi's 50,000 Powertrain Warranty. Guess I'll be hitting the dealer up tomorrow morning. Glad this happened now, and not a month from now when my wife and I are taking the truck up to PA.

Y didn't you have the filters changed? hope they dropped the pan when they did the change and not force it out with that bull cleaning system.

I told them I wanted to change the filters, they insisted all would be fine. Guess they were wrong.

Well truck is back. They replaced the solenoid pack on top of the valve body. Also replaced the filters as well. They showed me the old ones, and they were clean as a whistle at 45,000 miles, but I don't tow very often.

Just glad to have her back.

So do you feel the flush may be involved in the failure? Or just coincidental?

I think it was more coincidental to be honest. I only had 43,000 miles on it when I did the flush. I've only towed once, and that was years ago. Other than that I just drive it back and forth to work.
