led lights for reverse lights

Default led lights for reverse lights

im buying led light strip for reverse lights, i do not have the plastic on the rear bumper so theres plenty of space under the tailgate. they just need to attach them to the neg and pos of the reverse lights, but i do not have a volt meter, can someone help me out which one is which?

Tap into the power wire..white with green stripe and then ground to frame. I bought led's to use as reverse lights too but I might get a roll pan instead so have delayed installation

I bought some ebay one for my rear dome light and some from super bright led for my front dome and third brake/cargo light along with a flasher unit for the third brake light. I just got the third brake light and cargo light ones installed today I'll get a video and some pics this weekend.

If you have a harbor freight in the area you can pick a volt meter up for a couple of bucks. I think for labor day you could get one for free. I wouldn't trust it if you need perfectly exact numbers but it'll do simple things.
