So my wifes 2006 Dakota 8cy had the eng light come on. Took the truck to Autozone and he said it shows no code definition. But the light still on. Well coming home later the light did shut off after stopping for my lottery tix. Anyone have the same problem?

the only real way to figure out what the code is or was, is to get a starscan tool (chryslers scanner) and retrieve the code. Its most likely still saved in the computer, but autozone dosent have such a sufficient scanner to pull the code.

IF it does trigger a DTC the code is usually recognized as a vacuum leak
