Default Need two used tires.

I figured its worth a try, if anyone has a few tires (265 70 16) lying around with a little bit of tread left for use. Hopefully somewhere near long island. I need two tires just because I bought 4 used ones and well one is flat. I went back to the guy and he gave me two more for free but they aren't in the best condition. This is what happens when you go the cheap way out and don't have a good job.
If anyone can help me out it'd be greatly appreciated.

I have to see if I can fit a 265/70/17 spare tire underneath. If I can find one, and it will fit under there, I have my original spare tire, 265/70/16 (unused), that I could give to you.

So my question to all of you is:

Can we fit a slightly larger tire in the spare tire spot?

Hopefully I could find a 265/70/17 spare from somebody with a Ram. This way my spare would be the same size as my 17's, and would be closer sized to my 20's if a spare is needed.
This was something that I was going to look into anyway.

Here are 2 tires on Ebay for $70 (shipped), in PA.

I do not know about the spare tire spot for a larger tire.

Almost, I have a set of 265/70/17s in the barn up in Georgia with a good 2/3 tread left on 'em...
