Rear lift blocks
I went with 2"tall 2.5wide #79002 Tough Country lift blocks (cast iron) Tapered to keep drive line angle.
I could not figure out the stupid stud that on top of the spring perch on the axle, so I cut the stupid thing short and used a lathe to create a custom washer to keep everything in line. I had to do this, because the hole in the bottom of the lift block is much bigger dia than the stud. I also had to mill the dia of the top nipple of the block to the dia of the stem.
It was kind of a pain in the ***, but I would rather have it right, than have my truck dog walking while I drive.
Some have gone with the aluminum blocks from autozone, but I have heard horror stories about them compressing over time and the axle becomes loose and falling off the block. (not any stories from 3 gen members)

I bought these. They were the cheapest cast iron blocks I could find. They fit perfectly.

Old thread I know, but just got my truck, and doing some lifting! Before I buy, since I've been having issues narrowing down ideal parts for the lift, I thought I'd ask those who may have experience with the parts their opinions.
I found some rear lift blocks but am not positive they are correct.
