The mounts are only for the front struts right?
If they're for the rear shocks too can you link them for me, not sure what they are.
Sounds like something even I could handle. Do i need to jack up the truck or just crawl underneath?
You can do them with the truck on the ground, but jacking it up, removing the rear wheels, and dropping the spare tire all help with access. My arms only bend at the elbow, and only in one plane, so I couldn't see myself reaching all of the bolts and nuts without doing the prep work.
You should drop your spare down and lube the mechanism every once in a while any how. You don't want to be doing it for the first time at the side of a busy highway and finding that it is seized!
I found it easier to not lift the truck and get under there. The shocks aren't holding the weight of the truck. It took me longer because I've never done it before... and I was attempting to jack up the truck which was difficult on the club cab because the gas tank was near the frame and I didn't want to mess it up. Then getting the bottom bolt was difficult on the first shock and easier on the second. Make sure you have a floor jack to compress the shock and a prybar is extremely helpful to manipulate the shock eyelit to get the lower bolt through. I also dropped the spare to get more room. Make sure you torque it to spec :-).

Aint that the truth....I was enjoying a few adult beverages doing mine..ok, a lot of adult beverages before and during....anyway....after replacing mine, for about a week after, every time I drove I would hear a rattle like something hitting the exhaust pipe whenever I hit a bump...I had forgotten to tighten the passenger side lower bolt....hehe...

LoL... I did something similar... I finished putting my passenger rear shock on and was so excited to test drive the truck to see if the bounce went away... I drove it on dirt, city, and highway. I stopped to get food and check the shocks to make sure they didn't come loose... and I forgot to take the channel locks off the lower bolt (so it wouldn't spin). I can't believe it didn't fall off considering the abuse :-). I nonchalantly took them off and threw them in the truck lol.
