Subaru makes nice cars, for the price a WRX STI is a pretty fast car. However they aren't as capable as pickups which is why we own them. There is a good chance a subaru would out do your dakota on or off road besides hauling or crawling. But you are telling me that because I desire to have way better traction than 2wd in a truck for on-road performance, that I should switch to a ricer sedan? I don't think so, your just trolling....

BTW, way to turn a constructive thread about a technical question into a flame. I am sure this will discourage any future lurkers from attempting to contribute to this forum.
