Default Weird shaking

So I took my 05 Dakota off roading this past Saturday. After I got back I drove it around a bit with no issues all of a sudden when I got in it and drove home on my lunch break it was idling roughy and shaking real bad as I started to drive it, any ideas on what it could be? I'm thinking it's in the driveshaft. Anyone else ever experience this

drive shaft would not make the idle rough. disconnect the battery for an hour or so.

Some of the vibration was also happening when I was driving too and it felt like it was coming from the center of the truck, I'll try the battery thing and see how that goes

Since you went off roading, I would crawl under the truck and see if you have any damage, debris/mud anywhere it's not supposed to be.

True. Clogged air intake maybe?

I've cleaned out as much mud and debris from the undercarriage already it's almost back to normal. My CAI isn't clogged It was one of the first things I looked at. I disconnected my battery and aside from it idling rough once for a few mins it seems to have stopped already. My engine light is off and I can't get it to throw any codes doing the key. I'm borrowing my friends diagnostic tool today to see more into it
