Guys thanks alot, I got it fixed, turns out that on a 3rd gen 4.7 the PCV is the guilty party, for some reason that I still don't know but after it was replaced the brakes are fine. Boy was it hard to find, all the manuals tell you the wrong location most tell you that it is located by the oil filler, on 3rd gen it is on the rear of the motor on the driver's side and it's larger and blue.
