Default Don't tell me I have to remove the bedliner

My left turn signal bulb is burned. Looked at the back and realized the bedliner is covering up all access. Do I really have to remove the bedliner to get to the bulb?

When ya drop your tailgate, there should be 2 screws holding the light assy. in place. They should be around where the tailgate latch is. Take those two screws out, and GENTLY GENTLY GENTLY pull the assy out. I cant believe that the bed liner would be covering those screws up. Take a picture of where the tailgate lock is and we'll tell ya.

You do not have to remove the bedliner to remove the tail lights. Just like KS said, there are a couple of screws holing the light assembly in place, simply drop the tail gate to access the screws.

Unless your bedliner extends into the hinge area for the tailgate you should not have to remove it. Two torx (or is it phillips) head screws right below the upper tailgate cable mount. Pull the housing straight out towards the rear of the truck. The other side has those puch in style connectors that just pop in and out but be careful. I've heard some others say they break off easy (mine didn't).
