im looking to lift my 07 dakota 4x4 i've seen some kits online just wondering if any of my fellow dakota owners have taking on this project i'm still trying to figure out what i should get i never installed a body lift but i'm confident in my ability to do so just any first hand info would be nice anybody use the ap lift kit form jcwhitney? and also do you need a welder ? its a little confusing cause some say no some say yes but any help is a welcome thanks

No welder needed just a grinder, (with a cut off wheel) drill, 1/2" drill bit, some basic tools, a couple friends and a full day. Its not really that bad just the front body mount bolts will be a pain to get out.
