Default Dead RT Headlight on 2005 V8 Dakota

Both my high beam and low beam went out on the right side yesterday. I thought that was strange but I picked up a replacement bulb. Put it in, and sure enough, nothing. I checked the old bulb with an ohm meter, and the high and low don't seem to be burned out. I then thought it must be a fuse. I checked the fuse box, and I don't see anything labeled RT Headlight. Any suggestions on what might cause this? I did a walk around the vehicle, and as far as I can tell all of the other bulbs are working.
Thanks,
James

Check your connections at the bulb area for voltage, look for corrosion.

I read no voltage on the 3 pins of the connector, either with high beams or low beams on. I didn't see any sign of corrosion. After doing a little searching on the board here it appears that this is somewhat common. Apparently it could involve problems with the FCM, or PDC. Both being expensive and probably beyond my ability to fix. I read that fuse 32 and 34 were related to the FCM, so I thought I would just switch them to see if the problem moved from one side to the other, but I can't figure out how to pull these type of fuses. They are colored, rectangular, with a see through top. I pulled on them pretty good and couldn't budge them. Oy...

I don't think it is a ground problem. I tried measuring voltage from the pins to engine ground and still got nothing. For the last two years I have been having to replace headlights about every 3 or four months. On both sides. I thought I was just getting crappy headlights, but maybe the voltage spikes or something. I'll probably have to take it to the local dealer on this one.
