Quote: It depends if you want dual or if you want single out the passenger side corner..performance gains are minimal and are the same either way. Dakotaff and I have a Magnaflow muffler and kept a good amount of the stock exhaust system. Cheaper route..
Yeah, the MF 12256 sounds great. If my exhaust ever rusts out at all, I'll probably just grab the MF 16622 kit.

I would go for the MF dual out (16622). Based strictly on looks, because they should both sound the same. Although I do wish the dual tailpipes came out angled like the MBRP system.
The MF single out (16621) does angle out nicely though.

Here is a Magnaflow 16621 video, from a member, or former member. Just to see the sound and how the pipe exits.

Magnaflow is a great exhaust....i was torn between gibson si/so or the magnaflow si/so. I got the gibson cause i got a great deal on it, but when this one is done im going with magnflow.

*sidenote*----- where can i get a garage like that one in the video. 2 exotic cars and a dodge dakota and my own lift and personal mechanic. lol

That sounds amazing!...I'm sure my 3.7 will sound alittle different...but that deep guttural sound is what I'm looking for...

And just to compare MFs, here is the MF 12256 muffler sound clip. For a cheaper option, straight pipes where the resonators once were, and a nice MF tip (MF 35204 is the tip that I have, looks great). Everyone thinks my exhaust is the whole cat back system.

would there be any cutting involved when installing a cat-back exhaust system on our trucks? I'm contemplating if I should do it myself or have a local shop do it....

^also sorry for that OP ^

you would have to cut it..truck is 7 years old and the rust will be too bad to unbolt it

One simple cut.
