I leaning more towards bad fuse right now. I can't see my alternator being bad since my multimeter is showing 12.75 volts. I'm gonna check the ground on the firewall tomorrow it's too cold right now
If you can't start the truck, you can't tell if the alternator is malfunctioning OR the battery won't carry a load by just using a multimeter to check voltage. The alternator has to be able to rotate to generate output (you should read a bit over 14 volts when the system is running properly) and the battery can easily show 12 volts on a multimeter and yet not be able to carry a load - I would get the battery load tested, many parts suppliers will do this for free.
If I only had that one battery, I'd consider borrowing somebody's known good (high cranking amp) battery and see if you can get things running and then if that worked, I'd get both my battery & the alternator tested. You may also have a short somewhere that would slowly drain your battery - you can use the multimeter to check this out.
So after having looked at everything one more I realized I didn't check where the cable and terminal connect that was a little loose. I tightened that up and it started right up
