Default Aftermarket grilles, not inserts

My 05 had a chrome grill but I sandblasted and painted it body color but after a couple years its all rock chipped. I was thinking about swapping out the whole grille but not sure how it will look. I seen the "bentley" grille on ebay and not sure if it will look too ghetto. Are there any others out there?

Anybody have any pics?

my experience has been that there really aren't many options out there for grille shells....I plasti dipped mine but I want to do what you did and go body color...I would say that you should just get yours repainted again...

I kinda like the cross bars and thats why i dont want the "bentley" style...

A few of us have had the Bentley style one, Myself being one. I loved it until 9months after the paint started to flake off, Which is what others have run into.
It had a few rock chips, but the paint flaked in areas with no marks. (Flaked when using a pressure-washer, which I had many times before)
I have thought of buying another tho, loved the look

I personally don't like the bently style. Google "05 Dakota Grill". and look at all the images.

I had the chrome originally and bought a painted one on ebay that I then had the Dodge logo removed, filled and painted to match.

I got the Bentley style but I went with chrome to match my rims, nerf bars and brush guard. Thought it have been too much, but it turned out well. The only thing I didn't like was the cut out for the good latch, but hey ya gotta have one. Turns out though, that the bar from my brush guard blocks it from view when looking at it straight on...plus at night enough light reflects off my brush guard onto it to make it almost look like it's illuminated. I like it a lot, but it's just my opinion and style.
