Default Power driver seat panel

Hi all,

I have a problem with the panel on my power seat. The electronics work just fine, but the plastic housing has broken off of the seat. I've been searching for the part but the only thing I can find is the electronics, not the housing. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

I should probably mention that I have a 2006 Dakota Quad Cab.

Chewy,

I'd have to agree with Cruzer and advise you to review with a Dodge dealer. If they do not have the part available, they should be able to order it or provide you with the correct part# that is compatible with your vehicle and can help you track down the right part.

Check with your local auto salvage yards, if they have a truck with the power seat option, you might be able to remove that cover for a fairly cheap price. That wouldn't be a high-demand part, so you'll be lucky to find it anywhere other than a dealership of salvage yard.

Those plastic covers are often ABS. This is easy to repair using the cleaners & solvents available for ABS plumbing pipes, but you should make sure you find why that part broke before you replace or repair the one you have.

Thanks for the responses everyone. I think I'll swing by the dealer on my way home from work tonight and go from there.
