if its an automatic, there should be a hole where the clutch mech. would be. mine had a little plastic plate covering it with 2 bolts. real easy to remove.

oops, i thought i was in the ram section.

but it should still have it nevertheless. on my old 96 and on my 05, the holes are up and a little to the left of the steering column.

the grommet plug looks like this

Well. I ran it through where what I think the clutch would be; I took off the center floor counsel and there was an oval hole. Poke a pen through it and the mesh under it
