yellow foam in oil change

Default yellow foam in oil change

Hey guys, I just went and did my oil change. All is going fine, until i pop the top and take the cap off to put oil in and then i see this, (see below), its likes a yellow foam, any ideas? I used mobil 1 and a fram xrta tough guard oil filter

super normal winter oil change. More moisture in engine, shorter trips, engine does not get hot enough to evaporate all the water in oil so it foams in the fill cap
