Default Hard downshift coming to a stop

I'm starting to get spooked that my trans is giving it up. Over the past 3 months I've been getting a hard downshift when coming to a stop intermittently at first, but lately every time I come to a stop fast. If I take my time and come to a stop slowly all is good.

I changed the trans filters recently. Truck is at 89,000 miles. Any advice? I was gonna pull in at the dealer but couldn't decide whether to pull in on the service side or roll in at sales and see what I can get for trade .

I know that alot of people have had issues with Aftermarket Trans Filters. Most issues that arise have been fixed by replacing it with a OEM Mopar Trans Filter. I had mine replaced not to long ago with a Mopar one when I had to get my trans pan replaced because I punched a hole in it on ice. It has shifted differently since, But I dont think it was ever replaced, Or even the fluid changed before I got it.

I used mopar filters, but used atf+4 from advance auto.... but this problem has been present before and after the filter change. Fluid level is good, fluid looks clean. The pan didn't look bad when I had it off. Some grey sludge around the magnet was about it.

I hope I'm not jinxing myself, but since I posted this problem it has gone away. Don't know if its weather related or what, but I'll take it.
