i have changed wheel bearings, upper ball joints, lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends and I had tires balanced and rotated but I still have a bouncy feeling in the front end its not big bounce just kind of feels like im driving on a dirt road.

 

Bout the only thing left is struts.

 

Dead struts will bounce.
