Guy from Craigslist just emailed me and wants to buyy brush guard. He has a 97 Dak. Wants to know if it'd fit on his truck. (As far as bolting on, looks arnt a concern I guess)

 

As a direct bolt-on, I don't think it would work - between generations a lot of things changed, including all the suspension, so I'd assume the front of the frame including all the mounting bolt spacing etc. would have a bunch of differences. Having said that, you can in fact fit almost anything to anything with the addition of an adapter or two - with a little effort, I made adapters for a non-Dodge Westin bull bar & it all works and looks good.

 

Not without new custom Brackets.

The tow-hook and bumper bolts are both most likely off enough, and the Radiator Support Brackets will not fit pre-05. That I know lol I used to have a 2000
