2006 dakota will not start
After the vehicle was fueled the check engine light came on and the vehicle started and was driven home. The next morning the vehicle would not start. It does turn over. i tried replacing the sending unit but it did not fix the problem. When i ran the scanner it spit out these codes. P0016, crank, cam positioning sensor correlation bank 1 sensor A...U1120 lost wheel distance message...P0700 transmission control system MIL request...and P0882 TCM input signal low....
Welcome to DF. If your truck was not even turning over, why did you replace a "sending unit" (I assume you mean the gas gauge sender?). If something wont even turn over, it usually means a bad battery? Have you had the battery tested? These trucks do weird things when the battery gets low. Have the battery tested and then disconnect the battery for an hour or so to reset the PCM. Low battery voltage causes all kinds of weird things to happen in thee trucks. Keep it simple. If you have had no driveability issues prior to this, chances are all those components did not fail at once to throw all those codes.
