I am thinking of installing a spot light on my dakota. does anyone here have one/can post pic of one? I searched google and bing and cant come up with any pics on the 3rd gen dakotas.

If you're in an area that allows this type of light, it's not that difficult to do with a bit of planning and patience. A lot of years ago when these "steerable lights" were popular additions to a vehicle, people were also allowed to drink & drive - this led to a few accidents by people being blinded by someone that thought it was a cool prank to turn this light on into the windshield of an on-coming car. In addition, the use of these lights in things like deer poaching put them on the bad list, so check the laws in your area before going through the hole boring process to install one of these spots.
