Trans cooler

So I'm getting ready to install a trans cooler. Am I correct in assuming that the bottom line coming out of the radiator is the return line?

Assume nothing! First thing in the morning, start the truck and hold on to both lines. The one that gets warm first is the one out of the transmission!
