Default key fob wont work after battery replacement

I noticed my key fob wasn't working from as far away as it used to so I replaced the battery and now it doesn't work. Any suggestions? It's getting cold around here so I need my autostart to work again.

Got er figured out. There was a clear plastic sticker covering the negative side of the battery. Took it off and it works great.

Same here, soldered the clip back on for both of my remotes...works now...a very bad design which benefits the company selling replacement remotes....
