LED Headlights?

I believe the cree doesn't work well. On a different forum which I'm a member on,crownvic.net, someone installed cree led lights and normal halogen bulbs were brighter. I'm not sure what wattage his bulbs were, that's if cree made two or more different wattage lights. I'll stick with my 35watt hids.

Sears has the longer shaft T30. Not all of them do individually, and the place I got mine was on clearance for $4.97. They really want you to buy the package deal... Which isn't bad, but not when you only need the one like that.

Did I just turn down more tools?

Lol if you got the bones to do something custom. I think the place is called jwspeaker....they make all in one led projectors. Not for our trucks but you get the idea. My buddy has them on his old school FJ. sick!

Well, the lights showed up on Friday, and yesterday I tried to install them. See word 'Tried'.

I'm having a challenge locating a place for the ballast. Underneath the lens, the wires are too short. On the back of the lens, the ballast hits the frame support.


Grrrrr...
