Default .. What is this? P1128 no solution?

For a 2006 dodge dakota 3.7 slt
A little lost here I have been throwing this code for awhile now and I Just cant get it to stay away... P1128 it used to come and go and now it just stays on
Closed loop Fueling not achieved Bank 1

P1128:
- Fuel delivery system
- Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor or wiring connectors
- O2 sensor wiring or connectors
- Engine mechanical system
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
So far to try and solve this code I have changed the MAP sensor and the Driver side upstream O2 sensor with no change other then a little better gas mileage...

Has anyone solved this code before? did a google search and seems like theres no real solution to it. p.s Dealer by me wants 300 just to put the scanner on it... I honestly cant afford that. The scanner I have can bring up the freeze data from when the code appeared I can post that here if that helps..

Just incase anyone has had this same problem as me I found a solution and so far this p1128 code has not come back. This solution should help with the P1129 as well. I swapped out the upstream O2 sensor first..bank one. Sensor 1/1. Cleared the code and came right back. I continued to check every single possible cause listed. Minus swapping out the computer... I remember hearing somewhere that dodge vehicles get picky when it comes to sensors... Seems like they only like mopar. Realized the sensor I put in there was a Bosch sensor... Took a ride to the dealer I picked up a mopar 1/1 sensor swapped it out this morning and so far so good.
