Default Grinding noise in front end

Sometimes I have a slight grinding feeling, but much of a noise in the front end. I just rebuilt my front suspension (hubs, away bar end links and bushings, complete control arms, CVS, and a few new lug nuts lol. I didn't do the struts as I don't have enough money for that because I'm in college. I feel a slight grinding when I'm driving on pavement. You know how the road sometimes have patches and it's much smoother? Well, it stops the grinding right as soon as I go over the smooth road patch and starts again after I go into the normal road surface again. What could it be?

I don't think I heard it before I did my suspension. I might swap the front tires around then and I'll see.

might be wear from the bad parts is why you didn't feel it before, run your hand over the tread I bet it feels like hills and valleys, the rears are probably fairly smooth

I just don't see how tires can make that type of feeling...

Maybe one of the new parts if NFG. (not found good).
Like a hub bearing or CV joint.

tires will get a funny wear like scales, rotate them to the rear and see what happens
