06 dakota 3.7 lit v 6

I submurged my engine and had to get new motor. I wound up putting a 2010 3.7 Lit v6 in it. The 06 wire harness did not match the intake manifold so we put 06 intake back on it. How do you reset the computer brain.

Disconnect the battery for about 30 mins.
