Default 06 dakota v6 3.7 hollowed cats?
Now both my catalyst converters are hollowed out. How bad of an impact is this going to be on my truck?

Will sound like crap. Will cause the chcek engine light to turn on (unless the non-fouler trick is done), will fail inspection if you have emissions testing that "sniffs" the exhaust. Other than that, not much.
