Default Blower Motor

Hello I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota SLT quad cab. It is an awesome vehicle hadn't had any problems with it, although of course when it gets hot the air wood start acting up. I replaced the blower motor resistor and the blower motor will not come on yet. Is there anything else that right cause this?

Welcome to DF. Always best to start your own thread instead of posting in a thread that is a different subject. I moved this to the main forum so you can get some help.

Per the service manual these are possible causes of an inoperative blower motor:
  • Faulty fuse
  • Faulty blower motor resistor
  • Faulty blower motor switch
  • Faulty blower motor relay
  • Faulty blower motor
  • Faulty mode control switch
  • Faulty blower motor circuit wiring or wire harness connectors
Hopefully this helps.
