I haven't found any aftermarket rear sway bar for the 2010. Would a rear sway bar from a Ram 1500 work?

 

Get the part # and match it against part #'s from older Daks and/or Rams. If the sway bars are the same, they will have the same part #. Then you will know what to look for (Year, Dak or Ram) when looking to buy, whether it be OEM or aftermarket.
