Default Changed Spark Plugs

New to the forum kind of new to Dodge Dakota. Had a first gen along time ago. Just bought a 2007 QC 2 wheel drive 4.7 flex fuel with a 100000 miles.
I changed the oil and filter and the spark plugs. Truck ran a lot better the plugs I pulled out where shot. Anyway I go for a ride to check it out and my cel comes on I check for the codes and it comes up with 744, 542, 335 I looked them up I forget what the 542, and the 335 are but the 744 torque converter clutch circuit intermittent. What would have caused this by just changing the plugs. Or was it just a coincidence. I did unplug the map and the tps. idk any kind of help would be great. Thanks in advance

Did you pinch any wiring using a jack or jack stands while changing the oil? Otherwise I'd say coincidence. Clear codes, reset and see if they come back.

For a 2 wheel drive it sets pretty high no need for a jack. I cleared the codes once. I will check some connections on the transmission. thanks for the reply

Ok my check engine light is back on(744). Was searching the net and one thing to do is change the trans fluid and filters. The truck being used I don't know when the service was done. fluid looks good but I'll change it anyway
