I have a 2011 SLT cloth and was wondering if the Laramie leather seats were a better seat?

 

I believe from the photo's I've seen of the Laramie trim package and the seats used for them, that the Dakota Laramie uses seating that doesn't have the 12" wide fold-down center console but has a standard stationary console that's about 8" wide. For me, it looks like the seats are wider and may accomodate a larger build person. I say this based on my IAA Insurance Auto-Auctions software and looking at wrecked vehicle interiors. However my assessment doesn't run much deeper. My intentions however are that should I find a totaled but otherwise a good condition interior (really just the front seat) I'd attempt to make a deal to retrieve only the items I want.
