Alright Tanto, hold yer horses. Let me be the first to advise you: if taking time out of your week to un-f*ck the "non-replacable" bushings is worth it, then by all means, get to cutt'n. If you fail, like everyone else that has attempted this, then you just lost money on those bushings plus new control arms. Look up Dorman lowers, they come complete. Call a family member for help, get a loan, donate plasma, sell your gaming system, or whatever kids call them these days. And to answer your original question, a ball joint press will be useless for the lower strut bushing.

i cant see the point in calling the strut bushing non servicable if the part is made someone must have used one before?
There's a lot of information on this site about the front suspension and all the issues you're having with it are all explained in the various threads - including a thread on the same thing by me. I ended up cutting up my control arms because I couldn't get the replacement bolts and bushings at that time, but in the US, you can get those parts, so you can cut the bolts out and replace both the bushings and bolts. It's not an easy job, but it can be done, just make sure you have the right ones before you start cutting - the e-bay parts you show, are NOT for the lower control arm, the lower control arm bolts are cam bolts that are used to set your alignment. Find my thread and have a good look at the pictures there and you'll see what you'll need and some info on what to watch for when you're cutting as well as some info on how to cut.
Use the Dakota part list that you'll find in the sticky section of the forum and then go visit your local dealership for the bushings and bolts (plus the standoff nuts and cam washers if you ruin the original nuts). When you have all the parts in hand, you can feel more comfortable about cutting the old bolts.

i spent another hour beating the **** out of that bolt today and im just about right with you what bothers me is the thought that the control arm bushings/bolt will be the same deal and be stuck also.

pfff if i could get it done for that price id be there tomorrow first thing. all these nuts around here want $1000 bucks you gotta pay 75 for them just to look at it and tell you that crap
RK620478 and RK620479 are the Moog part numbers for complete lower control arms. Advance has them for $250.99/arm on their website. This would be the best way to go IMO, based on what you use the truck for.
lol i got a price of 1600 bucks today for both lower control arms and the struts. i cant see how there could be one person alive that can honestly say that dodge trucks arent complete pieces of crap.
i know your all gonna be pissed off but i call em like i see em

It's ok, we understand. A lot of people who can't work on their own cars when there is a problem blame the car. You can always head back to the f150 forum. I'm sure there are no issues with Furds. : )
